Our 2018 "Community Festival of Football" is being held over the weekend of 16th and 17th June 2018 at Fairford Leys Football Pitches, Andrews Way, Aylesbury, HP178QQ.
Aylesbury United Juniors FC is an FA Charter Standard Club and our FA sanctioned, 6 a-side "Festival of Football" has long been established as a firm favourite among players and we see many grassroot Clubs and Teams attending year after year from across the home counties and further.
Our 2017 event was the first time at this new venue and was a great success, with over 300 Teams of boys, girls and ladies participating over one of the hottest weekends on record.
This new venue allowed for everyone attending to have plenty of space to set up camp; with games played on some of the best parkland and appropriately sized pitches available.
This year’s event offers another opportunity to attend a friendly, well organised and safe event; where the emphasis is on enjoyment and RESPECT.
We are once again offering separate mixed/boys Cup and Plate Competitions in our U9 to U15 age groups (U16 Cup only); whilst the U7 and U8 age groups will be non-competitive, with all players receiving a memento of their day.
Our U9 Girls Competition will be non-competitive with all players receiving a memento of their day.
All of our other girl age groups (U10 to U18 and Ladies) will be straight Cup Competitions and following feedback from last year; they will all play in the afternoon sessions, to encourage teams from further afield to attend, allowing more time for the greater distances these teams have to travel.
Due to the disruption to the season caused by the weather and the difficulty team Managers have had in planning their tournament season, we are now holding our entry fee at £30:00 until the closing date.

All Clubs/Teams must be affiliated to a County FA.
All Teams must have been playing within a League for the 2017/18 Season.
No Guest Teams. No Academy Players/Teams.
The Event Organizers will reserve the right to determine a teams placement in either the Cup or Plate Competition where applicable.
All Managers must hold a valid DBS/CRB Certificate and qualified 1st Aider or be accompanied by someone who is.
All Teams must bring 2 appropriate sized, good quality match balls.
All Teams should bring a set of bibs to avoid any colour clash.
There is an Gate Entry Fee of £3 for all adults.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and spaces are limited. Entries increased last year and we anticipate that we will once again be oversubscribed. We would advise entering the event by mid-February at the latest as we were only filing the odd place in limited age groups during March 2017.
